Project 365 - Day 62 (2)
The snow hit quickly followed by Storm Emma this past week after all the lovely weather we had last week. I kind of love that we shared the vast difference of the beautiful sunshine we enjoyed chasing bubbles in last Sunday to the snow we walked though to enjoy a day out for an early Birthday celebration on Saturday.

D did get back to school at the start of this week for 2 (almost 3) days before the school decided they needed to close due to the weather on Wednesday afternoon. Snow days! I love the snow, when it is on the ground. Not so much as it hits you in the face from the wind so we did stay inside for most of the snow days and ventured out only if necessary until Saturday.

We did end the week in celebration mode with D and a friend having birthdays within days of each other we all headed out with their family to enjoy W5, one of my favourite places! Which we followed up with Pizza and bowling. Everyone had an amazing time and it was totally worth the snow battle we under took to get there.

How has your week been?

We had a week like yours, the snow and storm Emma were bad, although the snow didn't stick until early hours of the morning as the wind was blowing it away, my five year old daughter loved playing in it the next day, I was freezing while she sat laid and made snow angels in it, we didn't stay out long though as the wind was still strong, then Sunday it rained and washed it all away, which I was glad of as it was my youngest daughters 1st birthday on Monday so we had to go and get her presents, cards, cake, balloons banners etc xXx
